This year is the 49th year of the Adult
Championship and the 48th year of the Walter Rachuig
Trophy Tournament. The prizefund this year of the
AMF Australian Masters exceed $100,000.

This year the Australian Defence National Tenpin Bowling Team have accepted an
invitation to compete in the
National
Restricted Teams Challenge. They have for
many years competed in the Adult National
Championships.

Tenpin Bowling Australia Limited are pleased to
announce that the company Classic Action Sports
Photography have agreed to be the official photographer
at the TBA Adult National Championships. They will
be present at all presentations, allocated photo
times for teams and all Presentation Dinners. Samples
of the packages available will be on display at
the event and package prices will be very reasonable.
All photographs will be available for purchase via
Classic Action's web site. All photos will be available
for electronic viewing at the event and via their
web site.

The first National Championship was
held at Rushcutter Bowl, Sydney NSW in 1962
The first Walter Rachuig Trophy event was held in
1963 as a separate event from the Nationals, the
two joined together in 1977.
The Adult National Championship
was last held in Sydney in 2002 at
Bankstown
